Let's be honest...who doesn't like being happy and in a good mood? If you ask most people what they want, the majority of them will sum it up by saying, "I just wanna be happy!" Being happy is a great thing but just like anything else it is something that you have to work at. Being happy is a choice. You may not be able to control everything that happens to you throughout the day but you choose how you respond to things to happen and THAT's how you choose to be happy!
